One of the questions I often ask myself is..

“What really qualifies someone to mentor others?’’

For me, the answer isn’t social media followers, how much money they make, or motivational quotes.

It’s impact.

Its results.

Its lives CHANGED after an encounter with YOU.

One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of is mentoring and coaching my daughter Destiny Snow to over $1 million in sales at the age of 16 and helping her business SnowGlam Collection get recognized by Forbes.

How many people do you know that can say they’ve helped coach someone to those kinds of results before adulthood.

That’s the power of mentorship.

That’s the power of strategy.

And that’s the power of believing in someone’s potential long before they see it for themselves, and being a VISIONARY is one of the many gifts I have been blessed with.
